Pulling for local Atlanta boy, and good guy, Spenser Pumpelly at Daytona. The R8 looks good as well.

I don't really care about any of the Prototype cars.
Pulling for Billy Auberlen and the #55 BMW in GTLM and the Audi's in GTD.

Probably the wrong place for this question, but what are the engines used in the different cars. I know the vette is using a 5.5l due to regulations, but what is the Viper using then? And are the porsches using 4l? I've been trying to find info on them all but Wikipedia only gets updated so fast.

Since I never seem to be able to notice when these races are on I don't know who to root for! All my rx8's and Ford go's are finally gone so now I'm just rooting for the best sounding cars lol.

Some of the prototypes use Ford engines, in fact the leader right now is Scott Dixon in a Ford Ecoboost / Riley chassis.

I'm not sure with the new combined regulations, ALMS used to equalize the field through air restrictors and fuel tank capacity.
Vette's using a 5.5l, the Viper a heavily restricted 8.0l. Porsches are 4.0l, I believe.

I've known Spencer for years. He's a great guy and a 2-time Rolex winner.

Really? He is a friend of a friend. We've had dinner with him and his wife a few times and went and saw a movie once.

Yeah. I haven't seen him in a couple years but I've known him for more than 10 years at this point.
